National Guild of Removers and Storers
The primary trade association for our industry the NGRS promote the highest quality standards in removals and provide a number of ways for customers to hire removals companies with confidence. Another essential requirement of the Guild is membership of the Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme. This is a traditional ombudsman service allowing unhappy customers to lodge complaints against removals companies with a trusted independent intermediary who can fully investigate the claim free of charge and ensure it is resolved.
